Risks covered by the insurance:
The subject of insurance under these terms is the claim of the Beneficiary of the travel guarantee insurance in the event of the Insured's insolvency, and the travel guarantee for damages caused to the Beneficiary as a result of non-performance, partial performance or improper performance of the obligations of the tour organizer, as defined by the tour organizer's general terms and conditions.
Under the travel guarantee in the event of the Insured's insolvency, the Insurer provides:
- The costs of necessary accommodation, meals and the Traveler's return from a domestic or international trip to the place of departure;
- Claims for funds paid by travelers under the tourist travel contract for services not delivered by the tour organizer;
- Claims for funds paid by travelers in the event the traveler cancels the trip, in accordance with the general terms of travel;
- Claims for the difference between the funds paid under the tourist travel contract and the traveler's funds reduced in proportion to the non-performance or incomplete performance of the services included in the travel program.
The travel guarantee provides compensation for damages in respect of:
- Claims for funds paid by travelers under the tourist travel contract for services not delivered by the tour organizer;
- Claims for the difference between the funds paid under the tourist travel contract and the funds reduced in proportion to the non-performance or incomplete performance of the services included in the travel program.
Coverage limit:
EUR 30,000.00 per loss event and in aggregate for the insurance period (in the dinar equivalent at the National Bank of Serbia middle exchange rate on the date of the loss event)

The Policyholder guarantees the accuracy and validity of the information provided to the Insurer in connection with the conclusion of the Policy, and undertakes to notify the Insurer within a reasonable time of any change in the information concerning the insured risk. Otherwise, the Policyholder shall bear any resulting damage.
The Policyholder/Insured agrees that the Insurer may disclose the information received from the Policyholder to third parties only in connection with the performance of contractual obligations or legal obligations relating to reinsurance.
The sum insured was determined by the Policyholder.
The Insurer's maximum liability is the actual damage, up to no more than the agreed sum insured.
The Policyholder does not request coverage of any other risks.
Important information
Mandatory health insurance
For travel to Schengen Area countries and many other destinations, health insurance is mandatory. Without it, you may be refused entry into the country.
Premiums are due immediately
Insurance premiums are not part of the travel price and are due immediately upon conclusion of the insurance contract, not according to the package payment schedule.
