1. Introduction and Data Controller
Easy Travel & Events d.o.o. Niš, Prvomajska 4a, 18000 Niš, Serbia, Tax ID 107119225, Reg. No. 20745185 (hereinafter: "we", "us", "our" or the "Organizer") is the controller of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, for what purposes and on what legal basis we process it, who we share it with and what rights you have.

2. Data We Collect
We collect different types of personal data depending on the services you use:

Transaction data
- • Booking and purchase history
- • Payment details (we do not store card numbers)
- • Travel preferences
Website usage data (only with your consent)
- • Pages visited, visit duration and traffic source (e.g. a search engine or social network)
- • Clicks on our phone, email and WhatsApp links
- • Device, browser and operating system type
- • Approximate location (country and city), derived from an IP address that Google Analytics does not store
We receive the data in the first three groups directly from you. Providing the data needed for a trip is a condition for entering into a contract; without it we cannot deliver the service. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

4. Recipients of Data
We share your data only when necessary to deliver the services you have requested:

- • Airlines and carriers
- • Insurance companies (if you use our insurance services)
- • Consulates and embassies (for visa purposes)
- • Public authorities (when required by law)
We also use processors that handle data solely on our instructions: our website and email hosting providers, and Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for Google Analytics.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Transfers Outside Serbia
When you travel abroad, we share the data needed for your trip with partners in the destination country, as this is necessary to perform our contract with you.
Google Analytics data may also be processed on servers of Google LLC in the United States. Google bases such transfers on standard contractual clauses and its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. This only happens if you have accepted analytics cookies.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device; your browser's local storage works in a similar way. We always use essential ones, because without them the site cannot remember your choice. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. We do not use advertising cookies.

Until you consent, Google Analytics receives only basic signals without cookies or identifiers (Google Consent Mode). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
7. Data Retention Period
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or in accordance with our legal obligations (a minimum of 10 years for accounting records). Once the retention period expires, the data is deleted or anonymized.
Website usage data is kept in Google Analytics for 14 months and then deleted automatically. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until you withdraw it.
